Where Rayalaseema spice meets Hyderabadi dum

Di Table9 opened its doors on Mangalam Road opposite the Nayara Petrol Pump, beside D-Mart, with one promise: biryani made the slow way, with fragrant long-grain rice, hand-ground masalas and meat marinated overnight.

Today the kitchen turns out everything from Gongura mutton and Ulavacharu chicken biryani to tandoori platters, Indo-Chinese starters, rich North Indian gravies and sizzling brownies, all served in a bright, plant-filled hall built for families, friends and celebrations.
